10-Year Warranty

Pizzori LLC proudly stands behind the quality and durability of the Pizzori Plate. We offer a 10-year warranty for a replacement product that is equal to or equivalent to the original purchase made by the customer.

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Replacement: If the specific product purchased by the customer is no longer available, we will replace it with a product of similar function and/or price.

  2. Breakage & Chipping: The warranty covers any breakage or chipping of the Pizzori Plate under normal usage conditions.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  1. User Error: Any damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or user error are not covered under this warranty.
  2. Rust Development: The warranty does not cover rust issues. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to handle and maintain the Pizzori Plate in a manner that prevents rust from developing. Proper care and handling instructions should be followed to ensure the longevity of the product.

  3. Burnt Toppings: Damages or issues arising from burnt toppings on the Pizzori Plate are not covered under this warranty.

  4. Other Products: This breakage warranty is exclusive to the Pizzori Plate, also referred to as the Pizzori Pizza Steel, Pizzori Iron, and Pizzori Pizza Pan. It does not extend to other products sold by Pizzori LLC.

  5. Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the Pizzori Plate.

  6. Unauthorized Repairs: Any damages or malfunctions resulting from repairs or modifications not authorized by Pizzori LLC will void the warranty.

  7. Environmental Factors: The warranty does not cover damages caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, corrosive environments, or natural disasters.

  8. Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from Pizzori LLC or an authorized retailer.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at ilovepizza@pizzori.com with a detailed description of the issue, photographs of the damaged product, and a your order number (or email). Our team will review your claim and guide you through the replacement process.
