How do you heat the Pizzori?

Insert into the oven 30-45 min. prior to launching your first pizza and set the oven to your max temperature.

What is the size?

We have two options: A square 14" by 14" and a round 15"

Do I pre-season the Pizzori?

Yes and no. It comes pre-seasoned, but as with everything it’s advised to give it a quick rinse, scrub and add some regular oil (your Pizzori comes with a guide for this).

What is the idea oven temperature?

Within the 450 to 550 range.

Above 550 you risk the bottom burning before your toppings are cooked (yes, it's that good).

Placement of steel & oven settings?

Place centered in the oven ideally on the second highest rack.

Oven settings is more flexible. Personally, I like to start with the bake setting, and then switch to broil the last 2 minutes.
